Raul is an experienced Enterprise Architect and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) expert specializing in translating technical complexity into clear, data-backed insights that drive strategic, risk-reduced decision-making for executive teams. His mission is to help everyday people stand out, scale up, and make a real “dent” in the world.
Holding a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, Raul has built an extensive career leading complex, cross-discipline engineering initiatives across defense, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing sectors—including key roles at Northrop Grumman and Bowhead (UIC Alaska Native Corporation). He holds specialized certifications from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in Model-Based Systems Engineering, AI-Assisted Model-Based Systems Engineering, and Claude Code Agent Lab, alongside credentials in the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).
Known for combining deep technical execution with cutting-edge AI integration and process automation, Raul has a proven track record of delivering innovative, cost-saving projects that maximize operational efficiency and bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.
