By accessing esystemai.com or engaging eSystemAI's services (including our electronic-signature and SMS verification workflows), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services

We provide consulting, process optimization, AI system design and implementation, and related business services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement executed between eSystemAI and the client.

4. Electronic signatures and SMS verification

When you sign a document through our electronic-signature workflow, you may be asked to provide a phone number to receive a one-time verification code (OTP). By entering your mobile number and proceeding, you consent to receive that verification message. Our SMS program terms are:

5. Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your contact details current, and to use our services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials or access provided to you.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials eSystemAI produces for a client are owned by the client upon full payment. eSystemAI retains the right to use its proprietary methods, tools, and frameworks in other engagements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSystemAI's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the fees paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or profits.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the written agreement governing it. These online Terms may be modified by eSystemAI at any time; the current version is the version posted on this page.

9. Governing law and contact
